The project covers an overall length of 37km and right-of-way (RoW) of over 200ha. The RAP activities involved identification, enumeration, and characterisation of involuntary displacement impacts and costs on over 3,000 persons with their assets, occupying the proposed project’s right-of-way. Situated in a busy and cosmopolitan city of Lagos, our team braced challenging terrain in delivering this assignment. Our Public Relations and Liaison team interfaced with the leadership of eight local governments, as well as over twenty other key stakeholders, including Federal and State Ministries, applicable agencies and civil societies.
